Description

Little Moppet Foods’ Multimillet Pancake Mix;

Age Recommendation: Advisable for all ages above one year.

Ingredients:

Finger Millet, Sorghum, Foxtail Millet and wheat

Instructions to Prepare:

Combine1/4 cup of the pancake mix with 1/4 cup of milk OR 1/4 cup of mix with one whole egg and beat well. [1/4 cup – 30g] (Makes Three 2″ pancakes)
If required any sweetener like jaggery or coconut sugar can be added.
Mix well
Heat a pan
Pour a ladle of the mix on the pan and do not spread it.
Drizzle ghee and cook one side well, flip to other side and cook well.
Serve with honey/date syrup/ fruits

Storage and Shelf Life:

Once opened, transfer the contents of the packet to a clean and dry airtight container immediately. Shelf life is 4 months under refrigeration.
